Baby products must be sealed and unopened. For safety reasons, car seats and feeding products cannot be returned once opened.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or we made an error.
